Recently, a variety of 'passive authentication' methods [4 7] have been proposed which perform image content authentication by detecting certain cues produced during creation and modification of the image, such as double compression, light abnormality, re-sampling, and photo response non-uniformity noise (PRNU).
All children underwent ultrasound investigation and voiding cystourethography (VCUG) and vesico-ureteric reflux (VUR) was detected in 11/24, of which one had structural abnormalities (double ureters), and one had ureterocele.
Direct sequencing of the PCR-amplified products disclosed one abnormality, namely double peaks of a and c, signaling a heterozygous a to c substitution at position -2 bp of the acceptor splice site of intron 6, c.2511-2A>C.
With prominent prefibrotic abnormalities, this double mutant may serve as a model for interventive therapy in HPS.

Although ATF6 is ubiquitously expressed, atf6− / − zebrafish and both Atf6α− / − and Atf6β− / − mice do not have obvious developmental abnormalities, while double knockout mice for Atf6α− / −; Atf6β− / − were embryonic lethal (Wu et al. 2007; Yamamoto et al. 2007; Cinaroglu et al. 2011).
These cross-sectional findings suggest that the proportion of radiographic abnormalities among participants with suspected SAID (35%) was almost double the proportion of radiographic abnormalities among the entire Libby cohort (~ 18%) (Peipins et al. 2003).
The differential diagnosis for this abnormality is a double aortic arch with an atretic left arch, although in such scenario it is more common to see a left descending aorta in a double aortic arch.
Thus, the lung abnormalities of HPS double mutant can be separated into two stages: the prefibrotic, in which early abnormalities are observed and persist to 9 months of age; and accelerated deterioration, after 9 months of age when these symptoms increase in severity as either the causes or effects of developing fibrosis.
