"doll of" is not a grammatically correct phrase in written English
It is possible that it could be used in spoken language as a shortened form of "doll made of" or "doll belonging to," but it would not be considered formal or proper grammar in written English. Example of usage in spoken language: "I have a doll of my grandmother's from when she was a little girl." Corrected written version: "I have an old doll that belonged to my grandmother when she was a young girl."
