Most of the effects presented in the other columns are therefore identified based on between-household variation, while within-household changes over the period do not generate detectable effects.
Peptide immunization alone did not generate detectable antibodies against any tested recombinant proteins (Figure 3A), which indicates that these three peptides do not contain B cell epitopes that elicit antibody production against their source antigen.
