Through bioinformatic analyses of genes potentially regulated by the differentially expressed microRNAs, coupled with a documented gene expression profile [ 33], we identified putative biological functions and pathways, including insulin-like growth factor signaling, through which these microRNAs may affect the bleomycin-induced lung response.
