After adjustment for eGFR, gender, and race/ethnicity and after clustering by physician, problem list documentation of CKD was associated with serum eGFR testing (97% with problem list documentation vs. 94% without problem list documentation, p = 0.02) and urine protein testing (47% with problem list documentation vs. 40% without problem list documentation, p = 0.04).
Gender and hypertension were found to be significant effect modifiers of the association between diabetes and CKD documentation (P for interaction = 0.0053 and 0.0065, respectively) therefore adjusted ORs for CKD documentation are presented by gender, hypertension and diabetes status.
Tacit knowledge is understood here as something that is particularly relevant to some areas of science (biology), but not others (chemistry): "[d]eveloping biological weapons appears to require more tacit knowledge, while chemists may be adequately positioned to develop weapons after consulting relevant documentation" (p. 35).
There were significant declines in average task lengths for three categories of tasks (documentation P < 0.005; professional communication P < 0.0001; ward related activities P < 0.05) and a significant increase in the average length of individual medication tasks (P < 0.05) (Table 3).
*Significant interactions in multivariate model were found between type 2 diabetes and gender with respect to CKD documentation (p value for interaction = 0.0053), as well as between type 2 diabetes and hypertension (p value for interaction = 0.0065) with respect to CKD documentation.

This is compared to a rate of 26% in the 2283 patients without diabetes, where there is a significant association of urine protein or albumin testing with CKD documentation (44% vs. 24%, p < 0.0001), but the association was no longer significant after adjustment for eGFR, gender, and race.
Well-baby care provided by the 20 FP/GPs who used the RBR compared to that by the 18 non-users was statistically more likely to include documentation of type of feeding (p = 0.023), discussion of safety issues (p < 0.001), assessment of development (p = 0.001), and overall comprehensiveness (p < 0.001).
