Previous evaluations described in the literature have not provided such detailed documentation of interventions.
There is little documentation of interventions to reduce or prevent burnout among physicians.
Consistent with previous research indicating the underutilisation of smoking cessation interventions with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women who smoked during pregnancy [ 39], this review found documentation of interventions targeting smoking during pregnancy in only two publications reviewed [ 23, 25].
However, we found that documentation of interventions was low, ranging from 40.3% (cholesterol measurement) to 0.9% (pneumococcal vaccination) within 1 year, and from 67.4% to 1.8% within the prior 3 years.
Patients with diseases other than grade 2 or 3 VIN or VaIN such as cancer or VIN 1, or those with incomplete documentation of interventions, were excluded from the study.
In order to be able to strengthen the case for causal inference we are conducting systematic monitoring and documentation of the intervention based on our intervention (figure 3).
The form includes four components: (1) PALS scores from Fall semester, Mid-Year, and Spring; (2) Observation Survey consisting of Letter Identification, Word Test, Concepts About Print, Writing, Vocabulary, and Hearing Sounds in Words (dictation); (3) Reading Levels; and (4) Documentation of literacy intervention or remediation.
Systematic monitoring and documentation of the intervention is on-going to strengthen the case for causal inference.
As documentation of the intervention, there was a lesson plan for each session, the existing Youth Mental Health First Aid manual [ 12] and a set of mental health factsheets.
