We did not use the division of sequences into known isochore families [ 68, 69], but we did use the same "borderline" GC content values for separating and designating the obtained GC groups by the isochore family names: L1: GC content < 37%, L2: 37 42%, H1: 42 47%, H2: 47–52%, and H3: GC content >52%.

A joint 5.8S and LSU alignment of the fully identified Inocybe sequences was compiled to form the basis of a division of the sequences into smaller groups.
Nearly all computational methods for identifying SDPs attempt to identify columns in multiple sequence alignments (MSAs) whose amino acid composition is related to the division of the sequences into functional specificity groups.
In the 'Main results' section, we prove some theorems which show convergence in probability for sum, product, scaler product and division of two sequences in Šerstnev space.
The neighbor joining tree shows that the division of the sequences into two groups disappears and the branching of the tree is similar to the relationship observed between variants of other DBL domains [48].
Consequently, the possibility of an artificial division of archaeal sequences related to a phylogenetic reconstruction artifact could not yet be excluded.
Our current analysis, which includes many more sequences, confirms the sub-division of RIFIN sequences into A-, B1- and B2-RIFIN groups, which all have defined characteristics.
The phylogeny generally supports the previously described divisions of IGS sequences into the 3 restriction fragment length subgroups, arbitrarily called RST 1, RST2, and RST3 (31 ).
The random division of the gait sequences into training and testing sets was repeated several times, and the average result was recorded.
The picture of VAMP72 gene organisation is more complex: most land plant genes show a five-exon division of the coding sequences, but three VAMP72 genes are monoexonic in moss and one of the Arabidopsis thaliana VAMP72 genes shows merging of the last two exons (yellow and grey in figure 3).
A k-mer is related to an artificial sequence division of K nucleotides iteratively from sequencing reads.
