P. putida LS46 does not match, however, the metabolic diversity of either P. putida F1 or P. putida DOT-T1E, which encode genes for degradation of toluene, cymene, and 3-hydroxyphenylpropionate, or P. putida ND6, which encodes genes for naphthalene degradation.
In the current study, there seemed no dramatic diversity of BMD in either condensed boneor spongy bone, which were in the range of 1.0~1.3 and 0.8~0.9 g/cm, respectively.
More recently, the diversity of SDRs, either their amino acid sequences or their functions, led to the development of a second classification effort: the 'SDR Nomenclature Initiative' that aims at being more informative regarding SDRs functions and at establishing a sustainable and expandable nomenclature system based on the use of a large set of hidden Markov models (HMM) [ 5].

The complete design, summarized in Fig. 1, leads to the reconstruction of connectivity networks in terms of either genetic diversity ν or nucleotide diversity π.
This relatively high level of genetic diversity suggests either multiple introductions of F. tularensis to Alaska, a long history of F. tularensis in Alaska with ample time for diversification and possible transfers to other geographic locations, or a combination of the two.

Depending upon your point of view, the abundance of compositional techniques and schools over the last 50 years has been evidence of either exciting diversity or dispiriting confusion.
