To start again from this exploration and imagine a new form of urbanity means to become aware that we are dealing not with a white board on which to let forms settle but, if anything, with a highly diversified space, continuously in motion, with various layers and levels, in which 'wiring' propels energies and forces that are not seen but work uninterruptedly to produce incessant change.
