The P. vivax, P. cynomolgi and P. knowlesi msp-9 genes encode proteins that range in calculated molecular mass from 80 to 107 kDa, have typical eukaryotic signal peptides and diverse repeated motifs present immediately upstream of their termination codon.
A draft genome sequence of T. vaginalis G3 was accomplished in 2007 [ 6], revealing an unusually large genome of more than 160 Mbp, encoding up to 60,000 genes in addition to numerous and diverse repeated regions.

Based on the diverse repeats we observe, we propose that such screening may serve as an efficient expedient for gaining a rapid but representative first insight into the repeat landscapes of sparsely characterized mitochondrial chromosomes.
Different stretches of CREMP sequences in chicken genomic DNA fragments show diverse repeat patterns: e.g. all a modules; an alternation of a-b modules; or an a-b-b arrangement.
The more diverse repeats are likely to facilitate participation in other functions.
First, indel mutations scale as a function of repeat number for diverse repeat unit lengths and sequences (Ananda et al. 2013).
Genome rearrangements may occur via homologous recombination of repeat elements in the bacterial genomes [ 35, 36]. A. actinomycetemcomitans genomes contain diverse repeat elements that may mediate genome rearrangement.
Less abundant and diverse repeats such as CACTA transposons, LINEs or low-copy Gypsy elements produce signals that are barely (if at all) above the threshold for being recognised as repeats.
Within A. actinomycetemcomitans genomes some inter-LCB regions were occupied by composites of diverse repeat elements, which may reoccur in other inter-LCB regions but with minor variations (sequence variations, truncation, or absence) of the individual repeat elements.
The major aging promoters included (a) the elapsed time of life, (b) the endocrine and (c) overall metabolic status, (d) the individual lifestyle, and (e) the cumulative exposures to electromagnetic radiations, as well as diverse repeat mechanical promptings from (f) muscle contractions and (g) extrinsic forces including earth gravity (Table 1).
Among these repetitive elements, satellite DNAs (satDNAs) are a class of diverse tandemly repeated DNA sequences that build long arrays located in heterochromatin and often represent the most abundant genome fraction.

Since I tried Ludwig back in 2017, I have been constantly using it in both editing and translation. Ever since, I suggest it to my translators at ProSciEditing.
