In this paper, CFD simulation was conducted to improve the ejector performance by varying the following ejector primary nozzle's geometries and surface roughness: two angles of convergent and divergent portion, three lengths and surface roughness of throat, convergent and divergent portion.
The simulation results revealed that the throat and divergent portion of the primary nozzle should be paid more attention when designing ejector since the entrainment ratio of the ejector is rather sensitive to the length and surface roughness of these two portions.
The linker tract is the most divergent portion of the muniscin family members, with generally <25% identity overall.

This approach could use fragments to store the divergent portions of the curve, allowing comparison between curves for closest-match estimates or maximum-likelihood estimates based on the quality scores available in fastq data.
For example, the most labile or divergent portions of a reference genome standout as light-coloured regions adjacent to the reference ring, while well-conserved portions of the reference give rise to darkly-coloured arcs that form "spikes" of conservation extending towards the centre of the map.
Gblocks Version 0.91b [ 60] was used for eliminating gapped and too divergent portions of the datasets 2 and 3 with a minimum block length of 4 positions and gaps allowed in any alignment position for no more than half of the sequences.
These reported cases [23, 24, 25] and others [14] appear to prove the existence of a possible discrepancy in the processes of fusion and resorption between the superior-convergent and the inferior-divergent portions of the Müllerian ducts.
Accordingly, alignments of DsiB are divergent at this portion of their sequence, both in length and amino acid similarity.
Whereas the N-terminal regions of these genes are highly divergent, the C-terminal portions display limited sequence diversity between strains and share high similarity in sequence and general structure as well as antigenic characteristics.
Futhermore, the importance of regulation in overlap is suggested by the observation that the least frequent of the overlapping configurations is divergent, in which the 5' upstream portion of each gene is overlaping and the 3' downstream portion non-overlapping.
Shuffling of WSP portions among more divergent sequences is also frequent, as indicated by the sharing of identical HVRs among otherwise very divergent alleles.
