Another divergence from existing data is the high proportion (34%) of community service officers intending to remain at the same facility [ 23].
The majority of publications from the Rothman Institute stated that there were no revisions or very low revision rates, and they showed a notable divergence from registry data and other publications (Table 2).

This ascertainment corrected version of the likelihood function is also useful in a Bayesian setting, for an example see Katzman et al. [14], where it was used in a Bayesian Hierarchical model for estimating distributions of selection coefficients from divergence ascertained data.
We based our analysis of protein divergence and expression divergence on data from nine species (Lander et al. 2001; Mouse Genome Sequencing Consortium 2002; International Chicken Genome Sequencing Consortium 2004; Gibbs et al. 2007; Mikkelsen et al. 2007; Warren et al. 2008; Brawand et al. 2011; Locke et al. 2011; Scally et al. 2012).
