It is found in Fig. 6(b) that σ1-axes trending in the NS direction are distributed to the east of a large seismic moment release shown in Fig. 6(a), where the P-axes in the NS direction are distributed in the same horizontal location (Fig. 2).
On the basis of the above parameters, the prevalence of intestinal helminths, the occurrence of malaria attacks and/or the delay observed before occurrence of the first malaria attack, did not show any particular geographic clustering, i.e. these factors were equally distributed in the different geographic locations of the children.
