The solution we have adopted in order to include food quality in the choice experiment was to signal it through food certifications, which are objective, easily communicable and utilisable for restaurant choice, not disposing of information tied to direct experience or from relevant others, such as friends and relatives.
The security provisions in a patient registry would have to be excellent, and there would need to be a clear security protocol in place around the handling, sharing and disposing of information.
