Chromosomal location plots display the location of alterations in gene expression while heat maps graphically represent the differential gene expression (Additional file 1: Figure S1B, C, E, F).
In four out of five of these biopsies, we observed the occasional presence of tubules displaying the same alterations in MT-I+II expression as described above.
