"dismiss out of" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in English
It may be a mistake or a mix-up of two different expressions, "dismiss" and "out of." Examples of correct and commonly used phrases with "dismiss" include: - "I will dismiss you from this meeting." - "The judge dismissed the case." - "Don't dismiss her ideas so quickly." Examples of correct and commonly used phrases with "out of" include: - "I ran out of gas." - "He jumped out of the plane." - "I couldn't get out of the party." If you need to express the idea of someone being removed from something or no longer being part of something, you could use "dismiss from" or "dismiss out of" could potentially make sense in certain contexts. For example: - "He was dismissed from his job." or "He was dismissed out of his job." - "She was dismissed from the team." or "She was dismissed out of the team." However, these sentences sound somewhat awkward and it would be more natural to use "dismissed from" without the added "out of."
