Silica-breccia (SB), also known as Aplite, is a newly discovered supplementary cementing material (SCM) that has shown to have some pozzolanic effect when mixed with cement.
A total of 39 point mutation hotspots were discovered (Supplementary Table S2).
These DEGs including interleukin-1, interleukin-8, transforming growth factor, antimicrobial enzymes (e.g. lysozyme, lectin), MHC-related proteins, immunoglobulin superfamily members and pathways such as lysosome and the TLR signalling pathway responding to infection have been discovered (Supplementary Tables S6 and S7a).
We analyzed the output of RepeatModeler with RepClass (Feschotte et al. 2009), a tool that automates the classification of newly discovered TEs (supplementary figs. S2 and S3, Supplementary Material online).
The CD8+ T-cell clonality was correlated with clinical parameters (Table 1 and Supplementary Table 2) to discover possible associations (Supplementary Figs 3 and 4).
