Patties from chuck roll and Premium Choice subprimals had brighter red visual color scores, less discoloration, and higher L*, a*, b*, and chroma values than those from knuckle and Select subprimals, respectively.
Marginal discoloration and surface-roughness scores remained very satisfactory in both treatment groups throughout the study (Fig. 1d e).
Although no differences in qualitative parameters were reported between baseline and the period after 10 years, acceptable scores for marginal discoloration after 10 years were seen more frequently in the dual-cured than in the chemically cured cement group (58% versus 78%) [ 88].

The evaluation of anatomic form, marginal adaptation, proximal contact, the resistance to marginal discoloration, surface roughness, the absence of secondary caries, and post-operative pain yielded very satisfactory scores throughout the study.
A score of 0 represented a normal appearing fish with no visceral fat stores, lesions, swellings, hemorrhage, discolorations, or any other signs of abnormalities.
