A special edition was released on 18 October 2010, featuring a second disc of acoustic versions of each track on the album.
The first, which is a Compact Disc, contains acoustic renditions of her songs "I Kissed a Girl", "Ur So Gay", "Thinking of You", "Waking Up in Vegas", and "Lost" from One of the Boys, a cover version of a song by American power pop band Fountains of Wayne, "Hackensack", and a new song titled "Brick by Brick".
The disc contained mostly acoustic performances by the band, and included a cover of "Inner City Blues" by Rodriguez.

In the summer of 2013, Beck was reported to be working on two new studio albums: one a more self-contained acoustic disc in the vein of One Foot in the Grave and another described as a "proper follow-up" to Modern Guilt.
Longtime fans will be excited by the all-acoustic disc and the traditional country disc on These Days.
