"dirty cow" is not a correct or usable part of a sentence in written English.
It is a slang phrase and not suitable for formal writing. If you are referring to a person who has done something bad, you may use an expression such as “naughty person” instead. For example, "I can't believe he said that - what a naughty person!".
But the research team warn that while Dirty Cow is serious, it shouldn't distract from the more workaday bugs, which are found regularly.
