The indictment focused on one subcontractor and three supervisors directly involved in the project at the building, which stands near ground zero in Lower Manhattan and was severely damaged in the attacks on the World Trade Center.
"Of all the places in the world where we're seeing big changes in climate over the past couple of decades, these are the most dramatic," said Dr. John Michael Wallace, a professor of atmospheric science at the University of Washington, who is not directly involved in the project.
But according to several people directly involved in the project, who asked not to be named because they are not authorized to speak about the matter or have signed confidentiality agreements, Mr. Broad has been pursuing development of the downtown site, next door to the Walt Disney Concert Hall, for several months now.
All the project partners' countries are represented in the sample, plus some stakeholders from other regions not directly involved in the project, such as Germany, Ireland, Finland and Serbia (Fig. 7).
This group covers all those indirectly associated with the project such as internal managers of the organization and support staff not directly involved in the project including the HR department, accounts department, secretariat, senior management levels not directly responsible for the project, and last but not least the families of the project manager and team members.
Children in the SP group also received placebo tablets on days 1 and 2. Randomization codes were computer-generated in blocks of eight by an investigator not directly involved in the project and were sealed in numbered envelopes.
Additionally, members of the public are directly involved in the project through partnerships with the LA Biohackers and students at New York City's private Dalton High School.
