"diploma dr" is not a correct or usable part of a sentence in written English.
In fact, it does not make sense. If you are trying to refer to someone who has a diploma and is also a doctor, you would say "diploma holder and doctor" instead. For example: "I am proud to say that my son is a diploma holder and doctor. He worked hard to earn both qualifications."
