A total of six recombination types were possible, those between S8 and S7 (types I and VI; Figure 3), S7 and DIP (types II and V), and DIP and S10 (types III and IV), and their frequencies and accompanying average penetrance of diplospory were indicated.
In contrast, aftershocks at depths shallower than 25 km were dominantly by a dip-extension type mechanism.
The aftershock distribution was mainly concentrated deeper than 25 km, and their focal mechanisms were dominantly the dip-slip type.

Consequently, to the best of our knowledge, a regularized scheme (based on 3D dipping thin-sheet type model) for the inversion of residual gravity anomaly measured along a profile over a 3D body was not developed before.
