Two key dimensions of demand are the desire to analyze information and the desire to use of information for responses or actions.
Based on the answers the women are divided into four job categories related to the dimensions of demand and control: low strain (low demands, high control), active (high demands, high control), passive (low demands, low control) and high strain (high demands, low control).
The next four sections discuss the themes and their relationships revealed by our data analysis with respect to modularity principles and practices that are currently used by the case organizations and the four dimensions of demand-base care.
