Attitudes were measured by the "Attitudes regarding Responsibility for Musculoskeletal disorders" (ARM) instrument, where responsibility is attributed on four dimensions; to myself, as being out of my hands, to employers or to (medical) professionals.
I'd awakened to another dimension of myself; one that activated heightened awareness and creativity.
Differences were statistically significant for all EQ-5D-Y dimensions except 'looking after myself' (Table 5).

The results of the present study show a similar distribution of scores using both versions of the questionnaire and a similar pattern of scores to those found in the original validation study [ 5]; the high ceiling effect (particularly in the 'looking after myself' dimension) may be one of the instrument's limitations for use in relatively healthy populations.
The fourth dimension is a projection of myself.…The other three dimensions are based on the vision of both eyes…the fourth dimension is based on the essential nature of vision, which is creative.
An estimated health profile of at least '11122' would then include most healthy children i.e. 'no' problems in the dimensions 'mobility (walking about)'lookinging after myself' and 'doing usual activities' and some or no problems in the dimensions 'having pain or discomfort' and 'feeling worried, sad or unhappy'.
The ARM instrument consists of 15 items on four dimensions, six items attribute responsibility to myself; the dimension is called "responsibility self-active", three items attribute "responsibility to be out of my hands", three items attribute "responsibility to employers" and three items attribute "responsibility to (medical) professionals" (see also Additional file 1).
Others, including myself, tend to emphasize their literary dimensions.
The results support the validity of all EQ-5D-Y dimensions, with the exception of the 'Looking after myself' dimension.
