Two key dimensions of demand are the desire to analyze information and the desire to use of information for responses or actions.
Based on the answers the women are divided into four job categories related to the dimensions of demand and control: low strain (low demands, high control), active (high demands, high control), passive (low demands, low control) and high strain (high demands, low control).
Moreover, we indicate how long-term care providers could advance the four dimensions of demand-based care by drawing modularity principles and practices further into the operational set up of their organizations.
