"dim vision" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
You can use it to describe something that looks blurry or hard to make out, such as looking through fog or needing eyeglasses. For example, "Through the dense fog, Jason could only make out the form of the lighthouse in the distance, but his dim vision prevented him from seeing any details."
