They lack access to dignified housing, quality education, and economic opportunities.
Or to put it differently, the political rights to speak, publish, organize, and assemble, and to enjoy due process of law, are vital to advancing such economic and social rights as dignified working conditions, basic education, gender equality, and a clean environment.
