Different types of framework agreements may have different names depending on the context or legal system —for example, long-term agreements (LTAs), task-order contracts, indefinite-quantity contracts, call-off contracts, umbrella contracts, rate or running contracts, system contracts, general service agreements, blanket purchase agreements, and standing offers.
