However, the presence of eight independent copies of the molecule provides us with eight different snapshots of the pea eIF4E structure.
4. The effect of using different snapshots of the concept network to generate training data.
The l-ornithine (l-Orn) N-hydroxylase from Kutzneria sp. 744, KtzI, was structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography, yielding a total of six different snapshots of the enzyme under various conditions (Table 1).
The observed epidemic pattern is shown in Figure 6 for three different snapshots of the simulations in terms of average values of the new number of clinical cases per municipality.
In order to clarify the origin of the ventriloquism effect, Figure 5 shows different snapshots of the auditory layer activation at different simulation steps during the simultaneous presentation of a visual stimulus at 100° and an auditory stimulus at 80° and 1.1 kHz, with intensity E0 a = 20.
An unoccupied M1 site was previously observed in the crystal structure of PP1G-Inhibitor-2 complex (PDB: 2O8G) and the okadaic acid-bound PP1G (PDB: 1JK7), suggesting that the metal ion at M1 site is more labile than that at the M2 site and that the structures determined here provide different snapshots of metal ion occupancy of the catalytic subunit.
For instance, the divergence times between the OIE and nonOIE organisms in each of the families are not the same and thus we could be looking at different snapshots of evolutionary time when comparing the two families (and therefore witnessing slightly different patterns).

The crucial experimental manipulation here was that two sound exemplars in each category could induce similar pictorial representations (different snapshots of a similar environment: "people 1" and "people 2" and "traffic 1" and "traffic 2"), whereas the third could induce a very different image due to a different feature ("playing kids" and "starting airplane").
The volumes acquired during an environment block while in the blue or green room (see Figure 1D) comprised fMRI activity from a large number of different "snapshot" views of a room at numerous spatial positions within it (not only our four target positions).
