The line profiles across the reconstructed phase maps show good agreement between the three different reconstruction results for fine details, but they also highlight the large differences at low spatial frequencies.

Furthermore, we found that the two different optimization strategies yield different reconstruction resolutions for the same target module (Table 1).
Using the phantom, we assessed different reconstruction settings for two different commercially available software packages and selected the most suitable reconstruction protocol for visualization and quantification of pancreatic 111In-Exendin uptake.
Since the role of the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) as the primary soft-tissue restraint against lateral patellar translation has been recognized, several different reconstruction procedures for the treatment of patellar instability have been proposed over recent years.
The features of this work include: (i) different reconstruction stencils for WENO reconstruction are discussed in detail, including their performance on the convergence of steady state solutions and on the application of h-adaptive methods, and (ii) an effective indicator for generating quality nonuniform mesh is proposed, which is based on the entropy production.

In particular, the SR measurements (Table 3) had to be done using different reconstruction algorithms, FBP for S-SPECT and MLEM for DNM.
