The drug effect was simulated in three different scenarios, no QTc prolongation (true slope of 0 ms/ng/mL), 5 ms prolongation (true slope of 0.00365, 0.0072, and 0.0172 ms/ng/mL for short, intermediate, and long Tmax respectively), and 10 ms prolongation at geometric mean Cmax of supratherapeutic dose (2 times the slopes above).
In terms of ECG findings, the cohort was too small to determine any significant difference between the respective groups although there was a trend to QRS prolongation between different anatomic substrates (ToF vs. congenital PS) and previous surgical intervention (TAP vs. no TAP), as would be expected.
