The number of selection candidate and trait-associated loci identified at the species flock level through the three different analyses methods were significantly positively correlated in two of the three comparisons: Dfdist versus BayeScan (r8 = 0.717, P < 0.05) and Dfdist versus MatSAM (r8 = 0.763, P < 0.05).
