How these differences in the fluctuations of the nitrogenous wastes following the addition of these carbon sources related to the type of flour remain to be supported by further studies.
Being related to dynamics and evolution, flexibility should also have impacts on structural divergence connected to the orientational difference in the fluctuation of the molecules.
The RMSF calculated for each residue (Fig. 6b) clearly shows a large difference in the fluctuation of the positions of the alpha carbons of the thumb domain residues when comparing the XynA domains in the chimeras in the presence and absence of xylose.
Analysis of the data shows that there seems to be no distinct difference in the fluctuations with respect to steady-state and transient runs.
With the protease mutations, the largest orientational difference in the fluctuations is observed mostly at the proximity of residue 69 in the unprimed monomer and at residues 56, 78, 93 in both monomers in the slowest mode (Fig. 3A).
Results show only very slight changes in the mean flow induced by the plate, and no differences in the velocity fluctuation amplitudes on the jet centreline, suggesting that wave-packet models derived for jets without installation effects may be representative of the installed case, at least for the jet plate distances considered here.
