If you relapse don't lose hope.
Back then, it was strictly a 12-step program, whereas the last spot I was at, in 2013, was on some client-based shit where they listen to you, let you relapse, and don't pressure you.
Don't get discouraged if you relapse.
Treat yourself when you reach a sobriety milestone (1 day, 1 week, 30 days, 3 months, 1 year, etc).. Don't give up if you relapse.
If you do relapse, accept your moment of weakness and use it to make your determination stronger.
