With properly deployed devices, we showed excellent fluorescent performance demonstrated by CVs of 8.5% and 15.9% for 2.5 µm and 6 µm fluorescent beads, respectively [ 23], while side scatter detections yielded CVs of 15.8% and 20.4% for 2.5 µm and 6 µm beads, respectively [ 22] – all using on-chip excitation optics.
