The phrase "deviates to" is not commonly used in written English and may not be the best choice.
It can be used when discussing a change in direction or focus, but "deviates from" is more standard.
Example: "The project deviates to a new approach that we hadn't considered before."
Alternatives: "shifts to" or "changes to".
