The phrase "developmental of" is not a commonly used construction in written English.
It is grammatically correct, but may sound awkward or flowery in everyday language. It would be more common to use a different preposition, such as "developmental for" or "developmental in." However, "developmental of" could be used in certain contexts, such as when discussing the origins or influences of something: - "The new curriculum is quite developmental of our students' critical thinking skills." - "The city's recent growth has been developmental of its cultural diversity." - "Her childhood experiences were highly developmental of her artistic talents." In these examples, "developmental of" is used to describe something that contributes to or shapes the development of a person or thing.
