In other cases, the company may have started with a lack of customer development, the wrong team, or poor market timing.
In a later development, The Wrong Hands exposed the shady past of the key programmers of a software company (Modular Systems), which was developing a viewer for Second Life (a viewer is the interface program that people use on their home computers to mediate their interactions with the virtual world).
"The irony is, if we allowed market forces to dictate at the coast, a lot of the development in the wrong places would never have gotten built," said Jeffrey Tittel, director of the Sierra Club's chapter in New Jersey.
"The greatest threat to our water these days is development in the wrong places, and the groundwater standards are one of the building blocks of protection -- and they are full of holes," said David Pringle, campaign director of the New Jersey Environmental Federation.
"This town has suffered from extensive developments of the wrong sort," he says.
Weakening planning controls will not get the economy moving, it will just result in more poor quality developments in the wrong places.
If crime prevention in the city is the goal, broad development activities are the wrong way to go.
Sir Ian Gilmore, the Royal College of Physicians' special adviser on alcohol and chairman of the Alcohol Health Alliance, said the development sent out the wrong message.
"For the United States' top diplomat to make no public statement about such developments sends exactly the wrong message to the Saudi government and, more importantly, to the women of Saudi Arabia," the group said in a statement earlier on Tuesday.
So a correct and healthy sexual consciousness can have a constructive effect on one's growth, development, work and study, whereas the wrong sexual consciousness may negatively affect one's growth, development, work and study, and could even become a leading cause of sexual crime [ 13- 15].
Just as the right political developments can tame an insurgency, so too can the wrong developments give new life to it.
