17 20 An international group of experts and patient representatives experienced in clinical research, the use of biological agents and the development of consensus statements and treatment recommendations, convened in Vienna in March 2012 to develop a consensus statement on the current use of IL-6 pathway inhibition in rheumatology.
The majority participated at the Adhesions Consensus Expert Workshop convened during the 15th Annual Congress of the ESGE and the project was progressed in accordance with accepted processes for the development of consensus statements (see Consensus Process including Conflict of Interest in part 1 published in the previous issue of Gynecological Surgery [86]).
