In a nutshell, in order to be more successful in managing organizational culture, a leader should take the establishment and development of stakeholder's cultures into careful consideration.
What is needed now is to use such evidence to inform public awareness and policy development, through advocacy and capacity development of all stakeholders, including policymakers, business and community leaders, practitioners and parents, so that they can collectively define and act upon policies and practices that are not only evidence-based but also culturally relevant.
