Dye solution was prepared by solubilizing 50 µg of dye (one vial) in 5 µl of a detergent P-3000MPP; 20% Pluronic acid, Invitrogen - Life Technologies), and then diluting down to 1 µg/µl by adding 45 µl of CB.
