This supports the fact that preventive measures and interventions may need innovative and bespoke approaches to reach in a more effective way the most vulnerable subgroups and the most deprived strata of the population [ 65, 71].
Meaning that, for instance, actions aimed to reduce inequalities among these population strata in the five years of observation have not been successful, having the most deprived strata of the population odd ratios,all the other variables kept constant, significantly higher than those higher educated, higher income, etc.
