In the present paper, effects of the concentrations of Cu2+ (10 50 g/L), Zn2+ (0–40 g/L) and free H2SO4 (1–5 N) in the electrolyte as well as cathodic current density (50 350 and2) and bath temperature (30 70 °C) have been studied on the macroscopic surface quality of copper deposits defined by their visual morphological characteristics as expressed by an innovative Deposit Morphology Index (DMI).
We deposited high-index TiO2 sol gel waveguides on glass substrates according to best simulations.
