"The LAPD cannot afford to be the guinea pig for solutions that have not been proven in the law enforcement field, and, in particular, proven in a large-scale deployment," the report said.
In several instances, "pressure vessel failures," or airbag ruptures, were reported to Honda as normal airbag deployments, the report said.
Like the Nazis, however, ISIS kept meticulous records of its personnel, their applications, their histories, and their deployments, the report notes.
