Despite its demonstrated importance in successful nonviral transfection, relatively little investigation has been done to understand the pressures driving internalized vectors into favorable nondegradative endocytic pathways.
Our data demonstrated importance of raw vegetables in transmission of some intestinal parasites and highlight the role of raw vegetables in threatening public health.

CONCLUSIONS: We have developed a new instrument to measure the quality of life at the end of life that assesses empirically derived domains that are of demonstrated importance to dying patients, is acceptable to a seriously ill population, and exhibits excellent psychometric properties.
