The phrase "delimit to" is not a commonly used phrase in English. The word "delimit" means to determine or define the boundaries or limits of something. When used with the preposition "to," it could be interpreted as meaning "to determine the boundaries or limits of something as being limited to a certain point or area." However, there are more commonly used phrases that convey a similar meaning, such as "constrain to" or "confine to." "Delimit to" can be used in written English, but it may be more clear to use one of these alternative phrases. Example: The government decided to delimit access to the national park to only those with valid permits.
