Rosenberg's Bagels & Delicatessen — opened last summer by a former Jersey boy, Josh Pollack — has taken the quest for a decent New York-style bagel west of the Mississippi to heroic heights.
This industrious group -- many of them immigrants from Korea -- has done the city an extraordinary service merely by keeping its grocery stores and sidewalk delicatessens open around the clock.
