One way to delete outdated or unneeded Comments in a document is to select a portion of the text that the comment highlights, and then right-click the mouse to get the Delete Comment option from the pop-up menu.
Simply tap and hold the comment you made, and tap "Delete Comment" on the prompt.
Only the comments remain to be deleted by the author after viewing them (right click over comment box and select Delete Comment).
Click on the option 'Delete Comment' Delete All comments in the document- Go to review Tab- In the comments group options, click Delete Button and from drop down menu select 'Delete all comments in the document' Hide Comments- Go the Review tab, locate and click the Option 'Show markup'.
Deleted comments are completely removed from the page.
