The phrase 'delay duration' is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is commonly used to refer to the time period between two events, or the amount of time someone must wait or postpone something. For example, "The delay duration of the project was two weeks."
Specifically, we manipulated delay duration and distractor distance presented during the delay.
